1. General Provisions
This public offer (hereinafter — the “Offer”) sets forth the rules and conditions of payment, refunds and cancellations for travel-related and ancillary services provided through the websites BigTravelChat.com and BigTravelChat.ru (collectively, the “Website”).
By making a booking or payment, the user (hereinafter — the “Customer”) confirms that they have read this Offer and accept it in full.
2. Services We Provide
BigTravelChat offers consulting, informational and organizational assistance with booking and arranging:
- Visa support (assistance in visa processing)
- Excursions (group, private and author tours)
- Car rental (with or without driver)
- Yacht rental and sea trips
- Taxi and transfers (including airports)
- Accommodation rental (apartments, villas, hotels, etc.)
- Insurance consultations
- Other travel services on request
Search and booking of tours, air tickets and package deals are carried out through certified partners such as
bigcountry.travel, bigtrip.by, travelata.ru,
toptouragent.com. Travel insurance policies are arranged via the service
vzr.ru.
The Website is an information platform and aggregator, not a direct service provider. All requests are forwarded to trusted partners (guides, drivers, insurance consultants, property owners, etc.).
3. Payment & Booking Confirmation
- Payment is made online or to the bank details provided by the Operator.
- The amount of the advance payment may be fixed or expressed as a percentage of the service price—depending on the specific service.
- After payment, the Customer receives booking confirmation via messenger, email or phone.
- If payment is made by a third party, that party is also deemed to have accepted the terms of this Offer.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 48 hours or more before the start of the service — 100 % refund of the advance
- Cancellation 24–48 hours before — 50 % refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before — advance is non-refundable
Certain services may have individual cancellation terms, which are indicated on the service card or agreed upon with the Operator.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are made to the same account/card from which the payment was received.
- Refund period — up to 5 banking days from the moment a confirmed request is received.
6. Force Majeure
In case of force-majeure (bad weather, government restrictions, illness of the provider, etc.):
- the parties are released from liability;
- the Provider will offer an alternative date or refund 100 % of the advance.
7. Liability of the Parties
- The Provider is responsible only for arranging the booking and transferring data to partners.
- The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of their data and timely arrival at the service location.
- Service quality is ensured by partners, but the Provider carefully selects them.
- Visas: the Provider assists with preparation, but does not guarantee visa issuance and is not liable for consular decisions.
- Insurance: the Provider gives recommendations, but is not liable for the actions of the insurance company.
8. Replacement of Provider or Service
In unforeseen circumstances (guide illness, vehicle breakdown, venue cancellation, etc.), the Provider may:
- replace a partner with one of equivalent quality;
- offer an alternative;
- notify the Customer in advance.
9. Claims
- Claims are accepted within 3 working days after the service is rendered.
- They are reviewed within 5 working days.
- A response is sent via the chosen communication channel (email, Telegram).
10. Price Changes
- The service price may be changed until payment is made.
- After confirmed payment, the price remains unchanged.
11. Validity of the Offer
- This Offer is effective from the moment of publication.
- It remains in force indefinitely until replaced or revoked.
12. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation.
- If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the court at the place of registration of the Provider (Tula, Russia).
